1. What's in the ECO-Friendly box?

  • 1 set of HeyEars Earplugs
  • L/M/S/XS silicone ear tips (pre-loaded with M ear tips)
  • Aluminum keychain carry case 

2. How to opening and closing the earplug case?

To Open (ON): Open the case to access the earplugs.

To Close (OFF): Place the earplugs inside and close the case to store them.

3. How to change ear tips?

  1. Turn the tip insde out and pull it off gently.
  2. Turn the new tip inside out.
  3. Align and push the tip into the earplug. 

 

Find your tips size before wear HeyEars Earplugs

HeyEars comes with 4 sets of ear tips, L/M/S/XS. The M size ear tips are attached on the earplugs. So you can find the other 3 sizes in the box,  L/S/XS. 

To ensure a best noise cancelling and comfortable, try all sizes of ear tips from XS to L. A good fit feels good seal off your ear and comfortable. Hearing yourself talking more loudly is a sign of good seal.

  • If the HeyEars hurts or sticks out, go down a tip size.
  • If the HeyEars does not feel secure or seal off, go up a tip size.

4. How to insert HeyEars Earplugs to ear?

  1. Take HeyEars with your perfect fit ear tips.
  2. Put it in your ear.
  3. Turn and adjust the earplugs. In the right position, the earplugs should not stick out and invisible from the front. If your turn the wrong direction, they’re visible from the front. 
  4. The last and most important step is to fine tune the seal of the earplug against the ear canal. This is done by applying light pressure back and forth with your finger, or gently wiggling the earplug to ensure optimal noise cancellation.

Warning: Do not forcefully remove earplugs. Sudden pulling may cause vacuum pressure and potential harm to your eardrum. Always twist gently and remove slowly to protect your hearing.

For most users: the recommended correct wearing earplug as shown in the main illustration below:

For users with smaller ear canals: please use the XS or S size ear tips. And the recommended correct wearing style is slight different, as shown in the following:

 5. How to care HeyEars Earplugs?

HeyEars Earplugs can go into the water completely. Clean uder running water or use a damp cloth to clean the HeyEars earplugs. Do Not use any harsh chemicals.
